     Good evening. Since I have no topic to tell you, I will write about the year-end and New Year's holidays.      I went to my hometown early in the morning on 30th December because I had been doing a part-time job the day before. After arriving at my parent’s home and eating lunch, I went shopping for the New Year Holidays.      On December 31st, I went to KARAOKE with my friends from my high school days. It was only for a short time, but I enjoyed talking a lot. I was happy.      My family went to many places, for example, HATSUMODE, AEON MALL, and my aunt’s home on January 1 st to 4 th .      The year-end and New Year’s holidays of this year was enjoyable to me. I promised to meet my friends on spring vacation, and I am looking forward to seeing them. So, I will study harder for the final exam.

On December 24th, I went to Nagoya for the concert “EIGHTEEN FES IN DOME.” I had not been to the concert alone until then, so I worried about that. However, I really enjoyed the concert without thinking of visiting alone and feeling cold.  It was snowing and blowing cold wind that day. Thus, some people could not come to the concert because of bad weather and suspension of trains and airplanes. I felt sad to hear that news.  KANJANI∞’s concert is so amusing that many people can join and enjoy them. They sang a variety of songs and played each musical instrument in the concert. In addition, their talk is also very interesting. The concert was held on Christmas Eve, so their greetings and MC were involved with the seasonal event. They made me laugh a lot.  I had a very  good time with KANJANI∞ in Nagoya! I hope that I can go to the concert again as soon as possible.

  I would like to introduce you to a restaurant at Okayama Station. That shop’s name is MINORU DINNING. We can eat food made from the ingredients in Okayama Prefecture. That is, local food production and consumption. Last Saturday, I went to Kanzakiyama Park Stadium in HIGASHI-KU for club activity. It was raining and very cold that day. This track and field stadium is a little far from Okayama University and Okayama Station, so we took the train and bus.                 After the practice, I went to eat lunch at MINORU DINNING with my friends in track and field team. We ate SWEETS SET MEAL. If you choose this set menu, you can eat delicious meat dishes and sweets at a reasonable price. The seasonal fruits are used. (At that time, oranges are cooked.)  The l unch I ate at MINORU DINNING was delicious, so I recommend that you eat meals or sweets there someday.

     I will talk about the exam at the driving school on this post.      On Sunday, I took an examination at the driving school. It was a test to check if we could drive as we had learned in 1st stage.      “Mikiwame” was held on Saturday. I had not been able to drive better than usual. (Originally, I am not good at driving a car.) The teacher told me that he did not know whether I could pass the exam. Also, he said I had a 50 percent chance of passing the exam. So, I was very worried about Sunday’s test.      I had been so nervous about whether I could pass the exam before the test started. While driving, I took care of what the teacher told me yesterday. After the driving, the acceptance was announced. I was happy to pass the exam.      I will drive on road in 2 nd stage, so I must drive more carefully than ever before. I would like to practice so that I can drive better and get a driver’s license.

We had a test on Tuesday. There was only one test in term 3. It is “Sociology of Law a.” The other classes will be graded on assignments or a test in term 4.       After the test in the morning, I went to karaoke with my friends even though it rained on Tuesday. We were there for about 6 hours.  We sang so  many songs by different singers and groups. I chose songs from Johnny’s and theme songs of dramas and so on.       After singing a variety of songs at karaoke, we went to Saizeriya. I ate fried potatoes, popcorn shrimp, and ice cream for dinner.    It was a good refreshment after hard study and the test. There will be more tests for specialized subjects in term 4  and I will study harder for the final exam.

I had gone back to my parent’s home at the begging of November, so I did not intend to go back on New Years Day. In addition, I will try to apply for a one-off part-time job during the year-end and New Year’s holidays. Last weekend, I received a message from my friend of high school. It was an offer to go out with and eat lunch with group of four. I was happy to receive that message. I had met them in summer vacation last, so I wanted to meet them in face-to-face and talk a lot with them. Also, I would like to spend happy time with my friends from junior high school at shrine. (In Japanese, “Toshi-koshi”) I hope to go shopping with my friends of family. I am very looking forward to seeing many people and talk with them!
